Our Solution

Our solution was to create an informative and interactive program designed to assist bright and talented public schools students across the country and their families with the financial aid options and the application process to highly selective colleges and universities.

The overall goal of the program is for students and families to leave the Y-Apply workshop as partners in the college application process.  We desire that the entire family approaches the process as a team to give the student the best shot of creating highly competitive and successful college applications.  By doing so, we believe this will increase the likelihood that students will have the confidence to apply and gain admissions to top-tier colleges and universities once thought out of reach.

The outcome Y-Apply intends to generate is that, over time, there will be more highly qualified students from underepresented populations applying to and attending the nation's best colleges and universities.
